Description: The Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center Released the Following Public Notice Regarding the Final Phase. Beginning on Monday, September 23rd, the fourth and final phase of the parking lot repairs will commence.
ATTENTION AVRMC EMPLOYEES, PATIENTS AND VISITORS: PARKING LOT REPAIRS AND CLOSURES
** AVRMC REAR PARKING LOT RESURFACING and REPAIRS AND EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT ENTRANCE TEMPORARY CLOSURE**
Beginning Monday, September 23rd, the fourth and final phase of the parking lot repairs will commence.
This will affect AVRMC REAR PARKING LOT AND EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT ENTRANCE. This project is scheduled for completion on Friday Oct. 4th dependent on weather or other factors.
Everyone will need to use the outpatient entrance while the rear parking lot is being worked on. Employee parking is available in the front employee lots, 10th street and in Miller Hall parking lot. If patients need to go to the Emergency Department, please use the main Outpatient Entrance.
Employees please DO NOT park in the Visitor/Outpatient parking lot; this parking lot will only be used for patients and visitors.
Arrangements have been made to reroute ambulances to the outpatient entrance along with any law enforcement. Flight for Life will function as normal until such time the Emergency Department is no longer safely accessible, other protocol will be followed at this point.
Dr.’s Morley and Carale offices will continue seeing patients in the Specialty Clinic. All other deliveries, trash pickup and vendors have been notified and other arrangements have been made.
