**Update** Colorado State Patrol is Seeking Witnesses in a Hit-and-Run Crash
(Boulder County, COLO) – The Colorado State Patrol is asking the public for assistance with a serious injury crash on Highway 36, milepost 27, north of Boulder, that occurred on May 11, 2026, at approximately 11:04 a.m.
The ongoing investigation shows that the suspect vehicle that was initially described as a light blue, white top, Ford Bronco appears to actually be light grey in color, with a matching roof. The vehicle is believed to have damage to its right front side above the wheel well. At the time of the crash, it appears the right front tire was potentially flattened.
