Pueblo CART Seeks Senior Horse Grain and Grass Hay Donations for Displaced Animals
Description: Pueblo CART Livestock Division is caring for animals displaced by the ongoing emergency and is requesting donations of senior horse grain and grass hay. Owners whose animals may have fire exposure or burn injuries are urged to seek veterinary care.
CART is currently caring for animals displaced by the ongoing emergency and is in need of donations of Senior Horse Grain and Grass Hay.
If your animal has been exposed to the fire or may have sustained burn injuries, including burn scars, please have them evaluated by a licensed veterinarian as soon as possible.
We also ask the public to remember that this is an animal evacuation center, not a petting zoo. The animals in our care have been displaced from their homes and may be stressed, injured, or receiving medical treatment. Please help us maintain a safe and calm environment by respecting restricted areas and allowing our staff and volunteers to focus on their care.
