High-Speed Pueblo West Crash Kills 2, Injures 2; Speed and Alcohol Being Investigated

Two Killed, Two Injured in High-Speed Rollover Crash in Pueblo West; Speed and Alcohol Being Investigated 

On Thursday 7/10/2025 at approximately 1:58 am, a 2018 Audi sedan was traveling south on S. McCulloch Blvd. at a high rate of speed, approaching W. Idaho Springs Dr. in Pueblo West, CO.

The driver of the Audi failed to negotiate a slight left curve and traveled off the right side of the roadway.

The driver braked and attempted to steer to the left, causing the Audi to rotate counterclockwise. The Audi collided with an electrical box, a bench, and a trash can before overturning.

The Audi rolled multiple times ejecting 3 of the 4 occupants, including the driver.

The driver and one passenger died at the scene, while the other two were transported to area hospitals for treatment of their moderate to serious injuries.

Excessive speed and intoxication are being investigated as possible contributing factors.
