We are deeply saddened by the passing of the Honorable John Stulp, former Prowers County Commissioner.
John was a dedicated and dependable leader whose steady hand and thoughtful guidance brought lasting stability to our community. His commitment to public service extended well beyond his role as County Commissioner, touching lives throughout the county and across the state.
John served as a Prowers County Commissioner from 1992 to 2003, during which time he played a vital role in shaping the future of our county through his vision, and tireless work. His legacy of service, leadership, and community spirit will be remembered with great respect and appreciation.
Our hearts go out to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of working with him.
